The relationship marketing platform PUBLITRAC support center can help you find answers to your questions or to learn more about the platform's features of the platform.
1.Once you have logged in the relationship marketing platformto PUBLITRAC, click on the 
icon in the menu to the right.
- You will land on the support center homepage where you can select the section you are interested in or do a search using the magnifying glass in the left menu.
- During a search, enter one or more keywords and the concerned related articles will appear in the menu. Press Enter to view all the concerned related articles.
You can also send your questions and/or comments about the platform or the support center, in just a few clicks, from the PUBLITRAC main menu of the relationship marketing platform.
- Click on the three lines to the right of the screen
then select S end Send a request. - Fill in the subject and message fields and then click on Send.
- If your message concerns a feature of the platform, be sure to give as many details as possible, including the name of the email, of the campaign or of the list concerned.
