To archive a list:

  1. In the ‘Lead Management’ Lead Management menu, click on the ‘Leads Leads/Customers’ Customers submenu.
  2. Go to the ‘List Management’ List Management tab.
  3. Mouseover on the list you want to archive and options will appear on the right. Click on ‘Archive’ Archive
     



*Please note that an archived list will not be deleted and that it will always be possible to reactivate it. Moreover, archived contacts will affect the total number of leads. Billing is based on the number of leads contained in all lists. The archived list will not delete the amount of leads contained within it. We recommend removing the leads included in the lists if you really mean to remove them from the account. However, when that removal is done, the email send out mailing statistics for those leads will also be removed.

Follow these steps to reactivate an archived list:

  1. In the ‘LeadsLeads/Customers’ Customers submenu, in the ‘List Management’ List Management,
  2. Click on ‘Show Archived’ Show Archived
     



    3. Mouseover on the list you want to reactivate and options will appear on the right: click on ‘Unarchived’ Unarchived.
