The leads may be either removed or deleted from a list, but cannot be archived. A deleted lead is completely removed from the account. Therefore the history of interactions (activities) and all email statistics on this lead will also be deleted from the account. To reactivate a lead, you must either recreate it manually or import it as a new lead. Note that a lead you recreate or import again after a deletion starts back at zero, without any history or statistics since these have also been removed with the original removal of the lead.

Sort your leads according to the titles of the columns
