The first screen that will be displayed when you access PUBLITRAC will be the dashboard. Shown here are statistics from your different marketing campaigns. These The Dashboard screen appears when you log into PUBLITRAC. It displays statistics from your marketing campaigns. These statistics are cumulative and present improve the marketing profiles of your database as and when actions are carried out on your digital medias by by individuals (leads) on your digital assets.
PUBLITRAC`s particularity is that these statistics are all attached to the individuals who have had interactions with your digital medias (Unlike Google Analytics, which presents 'anonymous' statistics fromIP addresses). Your campaigns will be directed to the individuals from which you will have accumulated information based on their history (past behaviors on your digital medias), their attributes (profile socio-demo,...) and their specific interests (custom fields).You can modify the statistics displayed in your dashboard according to your business objectives (see procedure below). Various reports are available to track monitor the status of your campaigns or the results of the your emails you sent. You can add, move , or delete the tables widgets you want, depending on and according to the choice of dates you selectwant.
Note that if you add, move, or delete a table, this change will be valid only for the current session.

A Widget corresponds to a table or graphic view of your account statistics. Here is the list of Widgets available.

Add a Widget
- Click on Add Widget.
- Select the desired Widget. It will appear following the Widgets

Move a Widget /Thumbnail 1.
- Click on the tab above the Widget /Thumbnail and by holding down the button of your mouse, drag it to the desired location.
Remove a Widget / Thumbnail 1.
- Click on the X at the top right of the Widget /Thumbnail to remove.
Change the dates on the Widgets / Thumbnails
1. Click the Calendar drop-down menu to the left of the Add Widget / Thumbnail button.
2. Choose the desired date option. All Widgets / Thumbnails will change according to the selected option.
