Reports are accessible by the Report button on the Top Menu bar

Reports can be accessed 2 ways : 

  • 1 : by category
  • 2 : by specific report

 

 

Here are the definitions of the available reports.

Leads performance

Leads per month

This report provides a breakdown of the number of leads you are generating by month. Report contains Year, Month and # of Leads for each month.

Leads by source category

This report provides the number of leads created by category (campaign categories and/or internet source categories). Report contains Source and # of Leads.

Leads by source

This report provides the number of leads created by source (campaigns and/or internet sources). Report contains Category and # of Leads.

Leads by keyword

This report provides the number of leads created by keyword. Report contains Keyword and # of Leads.

Leads by contact method/category

This report provides the number of lead created for each contact method and source category.

Leads by contact method/category/source

This report provides the number of lead created for each contact method, source category and source.

Leads by interests

This report provides a breakdown of the number of contacts generated by types of interests. The report contains a summary of interest and the number of contacts generated. Click on the underlined numbers for a detailed report. 

 

Content performance

Performance by email

This report provides a breakdown of email metrics for each email sent. Metrics include: # of Emails Sent, # Opens, Open %, Clicks, Click %, # of Unsubscribes, Unsubscribe %, # of Bounces, Bounce %.

Conversion by landing page

This report provides a breakdown of conversions by landing page as well as the # Visits, # Forms submitted and # Leads created for each page.

 

Campaign performance

Reach by campaign

This report provides the number of customer reach for each campaign.

Conversion by campaign

This report provides the number of conversions for each campaign. Metrics include: Campaign name, # Visits, # Forms submitted, # Conversions and # Leads.

Conversion by campaign category

This report provides the number of conversions for each campaign by category. Metrics include: Campaign name, # Visits, # Forms submitted, # Conversions and # Leads.

ROI by campaign - First contact with lead

This report provides the Return on Investment for a specific campaign from the moment a lead first communicates with you to the moment of the sale.

ROI by campaign - Touchpoint attribution

This report provides the Return on Investment for each campaign that contributed to the final sale from the moment the lead first communicates with you  to the moment of the sale.

ROI campaign category - First contact with lead

This report provides the Return on Investment for a specific campaign category from the moment the lead first communicates with you  to the moment of the sale.

ROI campaign category - Touchpoint attribution

This report provides the Return on Investment for each campaign category that contributed to the final sale from the moment the lead first communicates with you  to the moment of the sale.

 

Google performance (My Business/Adwords)

Google My Business (impressions and clicks)

This report provides the evolution of:

  • your Google My Business listings' monthly impressions (the number of times your Google My Business Page is viewed when searched by a specific keyword or your company name) and
  • your Google My Business listings' monthly actions (number of clicks through to your Google My Business Page and your website).

Google Adwords

This report provides the performance numbers and keywords for all your Google Adwords campaigns.

 

Website performance

Visits per page

This report provides the number of visits per webpage as well as a breakdown of which leads performed a visit.

Visits by section

This report provides the number of visits per section as well as a a breakdown of which leads performed a visit.

Visits by keyword

This report provides the number of visits per keyword as well as a breakdown of which leads performed a visit.

Visits by source

This report provides the number of visits per source as well as a breakdown of which leads performed a visit.

Visits by source category

This report provides the number of visits per source category as well as a breakdown of which leads performed a visit.

 

Social Media performance

Tracking URL clicks

This report provides the number of clicks for each tracking link you created.
