1. Click Analysis. Select Performance Reports.

2. Access the different statistics on your leads by selecting Lead Performance.                                          


 

First report available: Monthly Leads: this report provides the distribution of the number of leads you generate per month. The report contains the year, the month, and the number of leads for each month. All the links in blue are clickable.

3. Click Leads per month - Summary

The window below is displayed.


 

4. Click on the number 24, and you access the list of the leads created in September.

Second report available: Leads by category - Summary and Progression: summary and progression reports show the distribution of the number of leads you generate by category. The report contains the category and the number of leads generated.

3. Click Leads by Category - Summary.  

Source categories : your sources can be grouped under different categories for easy classification. The category field is automatically completed only once, as soon as your lead does an interaction with one of your digital assets tracked by PUBLITRAC. The source category is completed automatically and will not be editable. The original sources by category available in PUBLITRAC are the following: Import list, Synchronization, Campaign, Google paid search (Google AdWords), Google paid ads (Google display /ad AdWords which comes from another site), Organic Google search, Organic Yahoo  search,  Organic Bing, Twitter, Facebook search (paid or non-paid), LinkedIn.

Third report available: Lead Sources - Summary and Progression : the summary and progression reports show the distribution of the number of leads you generate by lead sources. The report contains the lead sources and the number of generated leads.

3. Click on Lead Sources - Summary.

Lead Source : where the lead comes from. The default Lead Sources present in PUBLITRAC are : Bing, Google, New lead, and Yahoo. The name of the lists that you import into PUBLITRAC will be automatically added as Lead Source.

Fourth report available: Leads by keywords - Summary and progression: the summary and progression reports show the distribution of the number of leads you generate by keyword. The report contains the keywords and the number of leads generated.

3. Click Leads by keywords - Summary.

 Keyword: PUBLITRAC saves the keyword used by your lead during his first search in Google (organic or paid) on your digital assets. For example, the lead researches Marketing agency. He goes to the Publipage website and fills in the online form. The original source will be Organic Google search and the keyword will be Marketing agency. Just like the original source, this field is not editable.

Fifth report available: Leads by Contact Method / Category : the summary and progress reports show the distribution of the number of leads you generate by Contact Method and source categories. The report contains the contact method, the category and the number of leads generated.

3. Click Leads by Contact Method / Category - Summary.

Contact Method: the three default Contact Methods displayed in PUBLITRAC are Chat, Form, Telephone. You can add as many Contact Methods you want (for example, Reference from store xx; Reference from an existing customer; ...). The addition of Contact Methods is often required when synchronizing with a CRM. To add / remove Contact Methods, see Parameters/ / Configuration/ Configuration of types, in the Contact Methods section.

Seventh report available: Leads by interests - Summary: this report provides the distribution of the number of leads you generate by types of interest.

3. Click Leads by Interests - Summary.

Interests: PUBLITRAC allows to create custom fields to save the particular interests of your leads. For example, size of shoes, likes chocolate... You can therefore create fields that are unique to your business.
