Modify your password in LOCALTRAC

If you ever forget your password, please follow the procedure below in order to reset your password and start working with LOCALTRAC once more.

Forgot password

In following this procedure you can either modify your actual password or create a new one if it was forgotten. 

Access LOCALTRAC'S home page by entering the following URL publipage.localtrac.ca in your favorite browser (Internet Explorer (IE9+), Chrome, Firefox, etc).

1. Click on FORGOT PASSWORD?
   
   
2. Type in your email address associated to your account
3. Click on FORGOT PASSWORD?
   
   
4. A confirmation message will display on your screen confirming a link was sent to your email address.
   
   
5. In this email, click on Reset my password
   
   
6. Enter and confirm your new password. IMPORTANT, make sure you have a minimum of 9 characters containing at least one upper case, one lower case, one number and one special character.
7. Click on the RESET PASSWORD button
   
   
8. A new window opens and gives you the option to LOGIN. Click on the LOGIN button.
   
9. Enter your username and new password.
10. Click on LOG IN and get working on LOCALTRAC
