A form is a type of method often used on the web in order to collect information about visitors. Through different fields, a visitor will enter the pre-determined information and this information will then be submitted to PUBLITRAC.

For example, you may use a form on your contact page, or require visitors to complete a form before downloading a piece of content like a whitepaper.
