Unidentified Visitors

 Unidentified visitors (also called anonymous visitors): (also called unidentified visitor):  individual that has visited your website without leaving his email. This visitor's information (IP address, company name, source of the visit, pages visited, etc.) will be saved, but PUBLITRAC cannot associate these with a specific lead. Once this visitor has supplied his email address (for example, by subscribing to your newsletter or by participating to a contest) he will automatically become a lead and his interaction history (interests, web page visited) performed as an anonymous visitor will be added to his profile.

Note that the anonymous visitor history is conserved for a 3-month period. This history will be deleted after this period, unless your contract has indicated the contrary. In this case, your anonymous leads will be added to your active leads and billed based on the PUBLITRAC price list.
