Optimize your PUBLITRAC campaigns
Following are some examples of campaigns that will allow you to take full advantage of the power of PUBLITRAC and its landing page tools, form creation, scoring, list creation, dynamic content...
Birthday: highlight your employees and/or customers` birthdays; highlight the anniversary date of a first purchase... Your campaign will be applied automatically on all new individual which will be added to your list during the course of the year (PUBLITRAC allows to run a campaign automatically on your additions throughout the year).
Flyers: offer your leads the possibility to enroll in an alert that will notify them as soon as your new flyer is available.
Dynamic content: create newsletters in which the content itself is based on the interests and behaviors of your leads. Just identify your featured products of the month, then our dynamic content tool will ensure that they will be displayed in a different order, and format depending on the interests of your leads (different templates are available). For example, the new mom will see your maternity promotion appear at the top of your info-letter of the month while the person who is interested in photography will see your photo promotion. No need to make different mailings.
Events (Congress,...): plan mailings of pre/post event emails and reminders on the non-answered invitations
Loyalty: offer discounts - privileges to the most loyal customers.
Synchronized Form: add a registration form on your newsletters and online contests and synchronize it with PUBLITRAC. New leads will be saved directly in your PUBLITRAC database and you will avoid the processes of data export and import.
Opening email: add a validation to see if your email has been read and relaunch your leads with the same email or a new email. This will thus increase your rate of opening and reading. If your emails contain a promotion, then you increase your chances of conversion on these promotions.
Reactivation: schedule a campaign by filtering your inactive leads. A dormant lead is a lost opportunity. Send an email to the customer who has not bought since x months, or that has not connected to your site in the past X weeks. An offer you can't refuse can be very motivating to revive a buying cycle or a lost customer. Because the history of the interactions of your leads is centralized in PUBLITRAC, you can identify them in a single click.
Refer a friend: add a link on your emails, allowing the recipients to share the same email with a friend. You will therefore get a new lead however without having his consent (under Bill C-28, you must obtain the consent). PUBLITRAC will automatically send an email to these referrals in order to get their consent (ex: you received on the part of Mr. No Name our recent newsletter.) Contract renewals: never miss a contract renewal because your competitor beat you to it. Contact your customers on time and with the appropriate message (discounts to the most loyal customers,...). Also take the opportunity to promote your other products/services (cross-selling).
Customer satisfaction: send an email to inquire on your new customer`s satisfaction following his first purchase and take the opportunity to offer your other products and/or services.
Scoring system: assign points to your lead’s every action on your digital assets (has completed a form, clicked a link, visited a section of your website,...). Depending on the score, you may follow-up with a new email or you can also assign him to a sales representative who will be able to contact him.
Cross-sales: select all buyers of product X and follow-up with them automatically with a complementary product offering (for example, offer filters to customers who bought a coffee maker).
Take advantage of the mailing of invoices to request the contact details of the participants, including their email address and their approval to receive emails or other forms of communication (to comply with Bill C-28). You will thus add new leads to your database.
Analyze the most popular links on your website and send your emails at the moment (day and time) when your leads are most likely to read them,..., these are all ways that will help you optimize your use of PUBLITRAC.
