The relational marketing platform support center can help you find answers to your questions or to learn more about the features of the platform.

  1. Once you have logged in the relationship marketing platform, click on the ht in the menu.
  • You will land on the homepage of the support center where you can select the section you are interested in either search using the magnifying glass in the left menu.
  • During a search, enter one or more keywords then the concerned items will appear in the menu. Press 'Enter' to view all of the items concerned,.

1. Click on the  icon located on the top right-hand corner of your screen.

   

The screen below will appear. 

2. Go directly to a theme you wish to explore

3. Click on the magnifying lens to make a search

4. Enter your question or a keyword in the search field. In our example, we chose Import.

5. Choose one of the articles that appear in the drop-down menu.

    

                      

2-From the  support.publitrac.com navigation

  1. Access the support item you are searching for, directly in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of your screen.

         


3-From the parameters section

  1. Click on the  icon located on the top right of your screen. Click Send a request.


                   


    The screen below will appear.

     

  2. Enter your question in the Subject field.

  3. Enter the details or important information in the Message field.

  4. Click Send.
