1. Click on the 
at the top right of your screen, then on Support
2. Write your question in the Subject field of the new window.
3. Add details or any additional information that might help resolve the issue in the Message field.
4. Click Send.

1. Type support.publitrac.com in your browser.
2. Type in your question in the Documentation field.
3. Click Search.
4. Search results will list all articles related to your question.
