If you wish to send out an email campaign to your leads, here you should make sure to have the information related to their anniversery date.
The following procedure will allow you to start a campaign to send birthday emails automatically to every lead. At their birthday, new leads will instantly be managed by the automated campaign
Note that a birthday campaigns sould be created each year because campaign automations dont allow it to manage a lead for more than one year.
Here are the steps to follow to configure a birthday campaign:
Creating a filtered list
1- Go under the lead Leads management tab, then leadsLeads/customersCustomers
2- Under the list List management tab, add Add a new list
3- Create a filtered list, which could be called for example, Birthday Campaign
4- Under the LeadLeads/Customer attributes customer attributes filter, drag the ‘Date ‘Date of Birth’ Birth’ tag to the left.
5- Choose the ‘Current ‘Current month and day’ day’ under the drop down menu in order to ignore the year of birth of your lead.
Creating an automation campaign
6- Configure an automation campaign on this new filtered list with a personalized birthday email.
7- To make this campaign run all year long, check Run this campaign indefinitey
8- Configure email automation in both languages
