If you wish to send out an email campaign to your leads, here are the steps to follow:
1- Go under the lead management tab, then leads/customers
2- Under the list management tab, add a new list
3- Create a filtered list, which could be called for example, Birthday Campaign
4- Under the Lead/Customer attributes filter, drag the ‘Date of Birth’ tag to the left.
5- Choose the ‘Current month and day’ under the drop down menu in order to ignore the year of birth.
6- Configure an automation campaign on this new filtered list with a personalized birthday email.
