In the Locations menu you can view the list of locations linked to your account or make bulk modifications to a number of locations at once.

Some users can also add a new location within the account from this menu (depends on the access level you have been granted. See Users - Roles / Permissions for all details.)

From the Locations menu, when you click on the sub-menu List of locations , you can and view the complete list of locations linked into to your account.

By clicking on the three dots dot menu on the right side of the table, you can perform the following actions:

  • View Master profile of the selected location.
  • View reviews Reviews left on the selected location listings.
  • View the discrepancies Discrepancies on the selected location listings.

The Bulk Update feature enables you to make the same change or to add the same information correction or addition to multiple locations at once.

  1. First access the list of locations as described in the previous paragraph.
  2. Select which locations need to be modified by clicking the checkboxes on the left.

  3. You can select all locations by clicking this box at the top of the column:

  4. Once the locations you wish to modify are selected, click on the 3 dot menu at the top right position corner of the page.
  5. Select Bulk change for x locations (x being the number of locations you selected)

  6. Select the field you wish to modify or add and expand .
    Expand the drop down menu on the right to select the action you wish to make in the bulk update.

    2. Replace with
    3. Clear field

  7. Enter your values as you normally do in the Master Profile.
  8. Click Next

  9. A message asking you to confirm you do wish to update those x locations (x being the number of locations you originally selected) will appear. Click on Confirm if all is fine.

  10. System will display success or error messages
  11. Click on Done to finalise.
