In this article you will learn how to post questions, then how to answer questions received by your customers using the Questions and Answers tool.


How to access Questions and Answers?

  1. From the left menu, open the Tools section.
  2. Access the Questions and answers option.

How to post a question?

You can post a question on a Google My Business location page to start a conversation.


  1. Click on ADD A QUESTION.

  2. Select the location name for which you want to publish the question.
  3. Enter you question. 
  4. Click on Save.

How to answer a question submitted by an user?

Users can post questions and answers to your local Google My Business pages. You can manage responses and the conversation.


  1. From the Questions and answers page, you will see the questions posted by users. Click on the questions available in your account.
  2. Select the question for which you wish to publish an answer.
  3. Integrate the answer content and click on Answer.
