Where do replies to emails go?
All emails sent from PUBLITRAC emails require a specified sender name and email address.
Whenever someone replies to a PUBLITRAC email, the reply is sent to the sender's email address, as it was defined when creating the email.
This information is specified in the fields From and From Address of your PUBLITRAC email.
1. If for example you wish for your email to come from PUBLITRAC (info@publitrac.com), specify that information in the fieds From and From address of the email in question.
2. If you wish to Send on behalf of sales representative, the From and From Address fields will automatically be populated with the name and the email of the representative assigned to the lead when you send your email. If there is no assigned representative, PUBLITRAC will use the default values configured in the email.
