Lead Performance (by month, source, interest)

1. Click Analysis. Select Performance Reports.

2. Access the different statistics on your leads by selecting Leads Performance.     

First report available: Leads per month: this report provides the distribution of the number of leads you generate per month. The report contains the year, the month, and the number of leads for each month. All the links in blue are clickable.

3. Click Leads per month - Summary

The screen below appears.

4. Click on the number 4, under # Leads , and you access the list of the leads created in April.

Second report available: Leads by source : the summary and progression reports show the distribution of the number of leads you generate by Source category. The report contains the contact method, the category and the number of leads generated.

1. Click Leads by Source - Summary.  

 The screen below appears.

2. Click on the number 4, under # Leads  and you will have the list of the 4 leads from this source.

3.Click Leads by source - Progression

The screen below appears.

Third report available: Leads by interests - Summary: this report provides the distribution of the number of leads you generate by types of interest.

1. Click Leads by Interests - Summary.

Interests: PUBLITRAC allows to create custom fields to save the particular interests of your leads. For example, size of shoes, likes chocolate... You can therefore create fields that are unique to your business.

The screen below appears.

2. Click on the number 44 under # of Leads , for Interest for chocolate. You obtain a list of the 44 leads who have a score for chocolate.
