It is possible to make a mass (bulk) update on a list via an automated campaign. For example, if you want to unsubscribe several leads at the same time.
First step
- 1. Select Leads, then Leads/Customers.
The screen below is displayed.
2. Select List Management.
3. Click Add.
The screen below is displayed.
Second step
4. Create a filtered list defining the list of leads to be updated.
5. Name the filtered list.
6. Choose the attribute for the list filter. In our example, the date of birth.
7. Enter the attribute details. In our example, the date of birth is smaller (before) September 23rd, 2016.
8. Save.
Third step
9. Create an automated campaign. Choose the Campaigns / Set-up automated campaigns menu.
10. Click on Add.
The screen below is displayed.

12 Indicate a category.
13. Enter Next.
The screen below is displayed.
14. Click on Lists to choose the filtered list that you created earlier.
15. Click in the check box of the list that you created (for example, filtered list support).
16. Do next.
The following window is displayed.
17. Click on the Automation tab.
The following screen is displayed.
18. In the Activities section, choose the Change the lead attribute (x) to (y) activity. Drag it to the left side under Start.
19. Under Lead*, select the field of the lead which will need to be changed (in our example, Opt-In).
20. Choose fake in the equal field*.
21. Click OK.
22. Click on the Details tab.
The window is displayed.
23. Click on Activate to start the campaign.
24. Click on Save and return you to your list of campaigns.
This will change the 'Opt-In’ field to false in the selected filtered leads list. Therefore, it is possible to apply a campaign on all lists (static or filtered) or leads and to change an Attribute field of your leads with a mass (bulk) update.
