If you want to duplicate a campaign that is over, or simply perform tests on a list before activating the actual campaign, it is possible to clone this campaign and assign it a new name.
This will create a new campaign on which the details and automation tabs will be the same, in other words, the same activities will be applied to the same lists.
It is possible to clone a campaign by following these steps:
1- Under the Campaign planning menu, click on the configure automation campaign sub-menu.
2- Mouse over the email you want to clone and click clone.
3- Assign a new name to the email and a description (optional) and click ok.
4- The new email is now part of your email list. Modify the new email as desired.
