2- Manage incorrect listings

LOCALTRAC regroups in one place all errors on your listings in the subscribed directories.

The LOCALTRAC package with PUBLITECH includes incorrect listings management by a team of specialists.

 Incorrect listings

From the Incorrect listings page, you can view all the locations which include errors on one or more of their listings. Note you can easily filter by directories (only subscribed directories will appear) to view the errors in specific directories.

From this interface, once you click on the errors on a specific location, you are redirected to the page "Status of actions required for" of the specific location.

Status of actions required for a specific location

From the Status of actions required for a specific location page, you can view the errors on the selected location listings.

As seen before, you can easily filter by directories to see only the errors related to that specific directory listings. All errors in all susbscribed directories will be shown by default if you have not selected a specific directory.

A listing is considered as incorrect by the platform when the Directory value is different from the Master list value for a specific field. In the example below, the address in the directory is different from the address entered in the Master list.

Two actions can be performed in that case by clicking on the three dots appearing on the right side of the table: Go to Master list or Ignore. In the example above, since the master list is incorrect, this is where the change should be made.

An error will be ignored by LOCALTRAC as long as the field value does not change, either in the Master list or in the directory.
