3- Answer reviews

From the Answer reviews page, you can view and answer the reviews left on your locations listings.

You can filter the reviews by Ratings (1 to 5 star(s)) and by actions. The default view is always: All locations with a review that requires an action or that has not been answered.

From this interface, once you click on the review(s) button, you are redirected on the page to answer the reviews for the selected location.

From the Answer reviews page, you get an overview of the reviews left on the selected location listing.

Once again, you can filter by actions and rating to easily find what you are looking for when multiple reviews have been left on the page.

Two actions can be performed by clicking on the three dots appearing on the right side of the table: indicate to LOCALTRAC no action is required for this review or view the review in details and answer.

When clicking on View and answer, you can see the complete review and you now have the option to answer by clicking on Reply.

If you want to use templated answers, you can access them by the dropdown menu left of the answering box. Otherwise, you can write directly in the answer box.

Once you have an answer in the box, click on Answer to post online.

Note that for every review you answer from LOCALTRAC, the platform will display your name as the person who answered:

But once on Google, the review will always show with "Response from the owner":

From the Answer reviews page, you will see a checkbox on the left of each review.

You can select the reviews you wish to answer all at once by marking those checkboxes.

Once you've selected your reviews, go to the 3 dot menu top right of the page and select Bulk reply for (x) reviews

You can now either select one of your templated answers from the dropdown or write your own answer. Then click on Answer to publish your answers.

Make sure you use tags to personalise your answers since some may be for the same location.

From the Answer reviews page, click on the SEE ALL REVIEWS button to visualize all reviews related to your account. You will be redirected on the All Reviews page where you can view all answered and unanswered reviews left for all  your locations. 

You can filter the results with the items listed below :

• Active or inactive locations
• Directories (reviews only available for Google My Business, Facebook and Foursquare)
• Rating (1 to 5 stars)
• Actions (All reviews, No action required, Action required, Not answered or Answered)
  
  

You can make the following actions by clicking on the icons below:

 enables you to export your data in a .csv format. If you applied filters, the exported document will only include your selection.

 enables you to either export in PDF or print to your local printer. If you applied filters, the exported or printed document will only include your selection.

 enables your to choose the date range of your choice.
